This charming 71 m² flat on the banks of the Vilaine river in Rennes can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (with lift) of a recent residence, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge, two good-sized bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a fitted balcony overlooking a quiet, green landscaped area at the foot of the canal and the Saint Martin meadows.
If you're a nature lover, you'll love the sound of frogs singing on your summer days.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises - A 35 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160×200) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A balcony and terrace to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Grand quartier, Leclerc St Grégoire (H&M), convenience stores on rue de St Malo, VIVAL 7/7 mini-market on rue de St Malo.
You can even hire electric boats from the harbour master's office for trips along the Vilaine.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: 4 km - Nearest airport: 10 km - Anatole France metro station, line A, 15 minutes' walk away - Vélib station 10 minutes' walk away (youth hostel) - Avenue Gros Malhon bus stop 5 minutes' walk away (lines 12 and C2) - 15 minutes' walk from the town centre Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

Les équipements sont parfaits. Décoration au top. Tout est fait pour s'y sentir bien. Appartement situé à 15 min d'une station de métro.

Le Canal "Très bel appartement! Appartement bien équipé dans l'ensemble.
Le balcon et le calme du quartier était très appréciable.
Pour un deuxième séjour à Rennes, c'est une très belle découverte, je pense y revenir et je recommande.
Seul petit point négatif: manque quelque ustensile de cuisine dans une cuisine très bien aménagée."
