Elm Tree Cottage is a first class property with excellent access to nearby Melton Mowbray and surrounding Rutland and Leicestershire. The local March house farm was a very good eatery that was walking distance from the Cottage. The cottage owners were very helpful and freindly. We will definitely use Elm Tree Cottage again.

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Elm Tree Cottage. This was our second visit and everything was as we remembered from the time before, a well equipped and spacious cottage which suited our needs as we were visiting family nearby. Thank you once again.

Elm Tree Cottage was lovely. But if we had read the description more carefully we probably wouldn't have booked. Bedrooms were joined. Had to go through one to get to other one. We were a party of 4 adults so made it a bit awkward. But we managed. Did try to change booking 4 weeks before but you said not possible.
