The house is air-conditioned and has an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
The living room is furnished with modern furniture, possibility to connect laptop to the TV.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Baby equipment: always available on request from the key manager.
Private parking is not available, but possibility along the road.
Electric cars may not be loaded at the house.
The property is close to shops, beaches and all the activities of the Costa Blanca.
Nearby there are lots of sports activities to be found, bowling, karting,...
Golf lovers are also sure to be catered for with several courses in the wide vicinity.
Enjoying the microclimate, sunshine is guaranteed 320 days a year.

Actuellement en vacances dans l'une de ses résidences, le lieux est très agréable, la vie la bas est calme, c'est plus un endroit pour vivre le farniente que pour faire des activité ludique surtout pour des jeunes de 30 ans comme moi, mais il y a quand meme tjrs motzn
