The Cocoonr agency offers this charming apartment for rent in Vars, with the ski resort within walking distance. It has a surface area of 64 m² and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 31 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 31 m² living room with TV, sofa...very bright with access to the terraces
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 with 2 bunk beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A large hallway with cupboards (6m²)
Outside:
- A 17.6m² west-facing terrace equipped with: a round table with two chairs, and a small coffee table with two sun loungers.
- A 3m² cellar for storing ski equipment, sledges or bicycles...
The flat is ideally located in Vars, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
In winter: downhill skiing 100 metres from the residence, free shuttles in season, cross-country skiing, tobogganing on rails, snowmobiling for adults and children (rental at the resort centre), paragliding.
In summer: hiking, walking trails. Road cycling, mountain biking...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private car park.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest station: Marseille SNCF station 247 km away (approximately 2 hours 56 minutes)
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence Airport 247 km away (approximately 2 hours 56 minutes)
Other comments:
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the property in a clean condition, clean the appliances after use and empty the bins and dishwasher.

Bien placé, près des pistes et des commerces, parfait appartement pour rester même des jours de mauvais temps. Très agréable et comfortable.

Le Bierge Logement neuf, très propre et très bien équipé, spacieux. Bonne literie. la terrasse est appréciable malgré la proximité avec celles des voisins.

Nous y étions hors période d'affluence.
