In Saint-Nic, less than 500 meters from the beach, we offer you this charming 105 m² house which can accommodate up to 6 travelers.
It features an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 300 m² garden.
Wifi, bed linen and towels are included.
We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Second floor: - 40 m² living room with TV, dining area and sitting area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Separate WC - Bathroom with shower and bath First floor: - Bedrooms 1 and 2: One double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: Two single beds - Separate WC - Bathroom with shower and bath For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine. Exterior: - A beautiful 300 m² unfenced garden with two deckchairs - A south-facing terrace of approx. 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Char à voile, sailing, hiking, coastal paths - Longe Côte - Tennis - Fishing - Horse riding - Tourist sites (Locronan, Crozon, Morgat, Camaret, Douarnenez) - Cap de la chèvre and Sainte Anne la Palud Transportation : - You can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot (2 vehicles). - Nearest train station: Quimper Bretagne airport (35 min) - Nearest airport: Quimper train station (35 min) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.

Notre groupe de quatre adultes de Montréal a grandement apprécié cette maison moderne et confortable : bien située à Pentrez, pourvue de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable, terrasse avec vue sur la mer, bel accueil de Justine. Un endroit à recommander assurément.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz. Sehr schön ist auch der Blick aufs Meer, den man vom oberen Stockwerk aus jedem Fenster hat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt überall sehr viel Stauraum. Super war auch der Extraraum mit Waschmaschine, Schmutzwaschbecken und genügend Platz für Fahrräder, Bodyboards...
Eine Wäscheleine im Garten wäre noch gut.
