We are offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Dinard.
It has a floor area of 158 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 60 m² living area, a bright, fully-fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a shower and a bath.
The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 60 m² open-plan living area with a TV - A fully fitted kitchen including: coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A master bedroom with garden views, featuring a queen-size bed (160x200), and an en-suite shower room with a heated towel rail - A utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer - A separate toilet with washbasin Upstairs: - A mezzanine with a sofa - A double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - An attic bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) - A bedroom with bunk beds (90x200) - A bathroom with shower and bath, heated towel rail - A separate toilet La Villa des Rochettes has a fully enclosed garden of approximately 680 m² with a south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture: a dining table for 6–8 people, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, 2 adult deckchairs and 2 children’s deckchairs. The swimming pool is private and protected by a roller shutter (heated from 1 May to 30 September // dates subject to change). Ideal for families or groups of friends, Les Rochettes provides a barbecue, a travel cot, a high chair, as well as an iron and ironing board. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-stay’ holiday rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. The house is situated in a quiet, residential and very pleasant neighbourhood.
It is close to numerous beaches: - Prieuré Beach in Dinard (5 mins by car) - La Fourberie Beach in Saint-Lunaire (6 mins by car) - Plage de l’Ecluse in Dinard (7 mins by car) Transport: - You can park directly on the secure property (up to 2 vehicles) - Coach services from Saint-Malo railway station - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo (17 minutes by car > 10 km) - Nearest airport: Rennes (80 km) Other information: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Entirely non-smoking accommodation - The fireplace is not in working order - Self-check-in available; please specify when booking - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Parties or loud music on the terrace are not permitted due to the proximity of neighbours and the naturally quiet and relaxing surroundings.
We will be vigilant regarding any disturbances.
We are counting on you to observe good neighbourly behaviour so that this stay is a pleasant memory for everyone. - End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as washing up and tidying away crockery, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the rubbish.
An additional charge will apply if Cocoonr has to carry out these tasks on your behalf. - Garden and swimming pool maintenance: external contractors visit regularly and independently to maintain the garden.
Their visits may therefore take place during your stay. We do not always have their schedule far enough in advance to be able to provide you with the dates of their visits before your arrival.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très belle. Aucun regret sur notre choix. Nous y reviendrons sûrement à l’occasion. Merci à l’agence cocoon r, rien à dire de négatif non plus.

Lovely house. Our family enjoyed staying there for the week. Private garden and swimming pool. Quiet location.
Had a problem with the pool. Agency sent someone out that afternoon. Issue resolved.
