Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty 21 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a bathroom (with bath).

The apartment is composed as follows - 21 m² living room with TV, dining area and sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - A bathroom with bath and adjoining WC Exterior: - A loggia of approx. 3 m² with furniture for enjoying fine meals on sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities : - Communal swimming pool with heated seawater - Canadian Museum with Juno Beach - Sightseeing Arromanches, Colleville sur mer, Caen... - Longues sur mer battery Transportation: - Free parking is available close to the accommodation - Nearest train station: Gare Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer (6 km) - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport (22 km) Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).

Le logement avait été laissé sale par les propriétaires mais le personnel de la conciergerie a été agréable et réactif, ce qui a sauvé notre séjour.Emplacement agréable et lumineux avec vue sur le port.
