Cozy apartment of 55 sqm, able to accommodate up to 3 people, located on the third floor of a building without elevator.
The location is great! In the center of Udine, overlooking Piazza Giacomo Matteotti; a few steps from the main points of interest, such as the Castle, Piazza della Libertà and Via Mercatovecchio, the shopping street. The property is in the Traffic Restricted Area - possibility to park for a fee in the Garage: Magrini H24 parking and May Day Parking H24. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge, moka coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), kettle, dining table, sofa, TV and split A/C; - BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers and walk-in closet; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WIFI (200 GB per month), independent heating, air conditioning (a split in the living room), washing machine, mosquito nets (only in the bedroom), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the apartment is on the third floor. Note the presence of a step once you cross the entrance of the apartment. The fireplace in the bedroom is NOT usable. The accommodation is located in the ZTL area - it is NOT possible to get to the house by car.
Possibility to park for a fee in the Garage: Magrini H24 parking and May Day Parking H24. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. Excellent location on Piazza Matteotti. Many upscale shops near the square with quaint coffee shops and Pasticceria's. In the afternoon and evenings, the square was full of people enjoying an aperitif or dinner. The apartment was very clean with a direct overview of the square. The apartment was...

Perfect location for a perfect place to visit. The accommodation was clean, spacious, private and safe. Only thing to note is it is on the 3rd floor and with no elevator. This was not mentioned in the site app. Host was very polite, good with communicating and very accommodating. Would stay again.
