It features an attractive 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 465 m² garden.

Level 2: - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) Garden level (level 0): - A private Finnish sauna accessible all year round - Bedrooms 1 and 2: One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room. - Room 3: a dormitory room with a bunk bed (sleeps two) and two single beds - Separate WC - Bathroom with bathtub At Le Ruggine, for even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in top-of-the-range equipment: - Shoe dryer - Nursery equipment: cot, baby seat - Giant screen and Sonos home cinema system in the living room - Flat-screen Apple TV in every room - Hairdryer in every bedroom - Fully home-automated chalet (heating, lighting, shutters, etc.) - Top-of-the-range appliances - Washing machine, washer-dryer - Plancha, raclette, fondue, crepe, waffle makers... - Underfloor heating - The following extras: highchair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Bolquère, in very pleasant surroundings, in the heart of the Superbolquère forest, 200 m from the Etang du Ticou, the starting point for numerous hikes.
You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Ruggine We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful chalet. It has everything you want, including a very clean jacuzzi and sauna. Everything is organized very well, and the welcoming was great! Very hard recommended to stay here!

🙂 El alojamiento es excepcional. Sumamente cuidado, con acabados exquisitos. Cocina muy equipada, salón luminoso con una amplia mesa para comer. Terraza amplia con mesa para 8/10 comensales, barbacoa weber. En definitiva, una casa excelente para pasar unos días de reposo.
