In Embrun, France, we offer this charming, brand-new, south-facing 76 m² apartment (including fixtures and fittings) with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator) in a new 3-storey residence, it comprises an attractive 31 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (quality bedding) and a bathroom with shower.

- Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160×200)

Exterior :
- Terrace 1, 11 m², south-facing, overlooking a bedroom and the living room, with garden furniture (extendable table) to make the most of fine weather.
- South-facing terrace 2 (3.70 m²) leading to another bedroom, equipped with 2 deckchairs for admiring the view of the mountains.
- A 3m² cellar on level 0 of the residence is at your disposal for storing your bikes, ski, beach or even hiking equipment.
The apartment is ideally located in Embrun, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
