It measures 125 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 47 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a garden of approximately 5,045 m². Bed linen and towels are included.
We’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 47 m² living room with sofas, a TV and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a 200×200 bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and toilet - Bedroom 2: a 200×200 bed - Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A shower room with shower and toilet On the first floor: - Bedroom 4: a 160×200 bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet - A 30m² terrace with furniture For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A private (unheated) 8×4m swimming pool secured by an electric roller shutter.
The pool is open from May to October (opening dates are subject to change) - A beautiful 5,045 m² garden, not fenced in - A 40m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A private pétanque court 12m long The house is ideally situated in Entrecasteaux, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Activities: - Visit to Entrecasteaux Castle, 2 km away - Sillans-la-Cascade with its 42-metre waterfall, 16 km away - Cotignac, a medieval village with its cave dwellings (12 km) - Salernes Ceramics Museum (10 km) - Natur’Evasion in Saint-Antonin-du-Var (canoeing, river paddleboarding, mountain biking, rock climbing) (5 km) - Hiking in the Provence Verte - The Cistercian abbey built in 1160 at Le Thoronet – 13 km - Numerous wine estates - The ‘Village des Tortues’ in Gonfaron – 35 km - Nearest beaches: Fréjus, 1 hour away - St Tropez, 1 hour 15 minutes away Transport: - You can park directly in the property’s private car park, which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles - Nearest railway station: Marseille-Saint-Charles, 123 km away (approximately 1 hour 34 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Nice, 93 km away (about 1 hour 15 minutes by car) Other details: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic), internet TV (Free package with 35 channels) - Two bicycles are available for use during your stay - A PlayStation 3 is set up in the living room, along with a selection of DVDs and video games. - The fireplace is not in working order - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

La maison est très belle, spacieuse ! La vue de la terrasse est magnifique !
Le seul bémol est la piscine : nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser pendant un jour et demi à notre arrivée car elle n’était pas en état. Et elle est redevenue verte pour notre dernier jour. On nous a pas proposé de geste commercial, c’est dommage

La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, avec une bonne literie et beaucoup de place.
Nous n’avons pas pu en profiter bcp, la piscine étant inaccessible à notre arrivée, nous avons préféré changer de logement. La conciergerie a été très aidante dans ce process.
