Agence Cocoonr offers you Villa Almaé, in Ambon, a contemporary-style house less than a kilometre from the beach, decorated with care and featuring a heated swimming pool.
With a surface area of 135 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 travellers. It features a lovely, bright 40 m² living room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor, and 2 bathrooms with shower and bath. The house is located in a quiet residential development where the tranquillity of the neighbourhood is particularly appreciated.
This peaceful setting is ideal for families and friends who want to enjoy their stay in harmony with their neighbours. You will enjoy a landscaped, enclosed garden of around 400 m², a swimming pool and a large terrace with garden furniture.
Facing due south, you can enjoy outdoor lunches thanks to an automatic awning.
Barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs... you name it! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A master suite overlooking the garden, with queen-size bed (160×200) and en suite shower room with walk-in shower and storage space - A separate WC First floor: - Bedrooms 2 and 3: two 80cm single beds that can be joined together (twin beds) - Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: charcoal barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A private, heated 6x3 m swimming pool with secure automatic cover (open from 1 May to the end of September) - A lovely terrace with awning - A lovely 400 m² garden with outdoor furniture to make the most of the fine weather The house is ideally located in Ambon, in a very pleasant setting close to the beaches and countryside of the Rhuys peninsula. Transport links : You can park your car directly on site - Nearest train station: Vannes SNCF station - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning is included in the rental price and hotel quality 4★ linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Beds will be made on arrival. - Parties and noise pollution are not permitted in order to preserve the tranquillity of the neighbourhood. Flexible welcome for your comfort: You have the option of being met in person by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, or of arriving on your own. If you choose to arrive on your own, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area. Très jolie maison au calme, très bien équipée avec des petites attentions très plaisantes en arrivant et un hôte très réactif à nos besoins.
Dommage que les finitions de la maison et l’entretien extérieur soient négligés.
