We offer, in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, this charming apartment with sight mountain, with accessible ski station with foot, of a surface of 59 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the garden level, it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 100 m².
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space :
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
Night space :
- A bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a queen size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment An extra bed for one person (on request), barbecue, washing machine, baby bed (on request), ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A terrace with furniture and a parasol to enjoy the beautiful days
- A closed garden of about 100 m².
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
In winter : winter sports, dog sledding, sledding, ski joëring, snake gliss (a sledding train that winds along the slopes), snow tubbing (a race with snow buoys) or yooner (halfway between sledding and skiing), ice skating etc...
In summer : hiking in the forest, horseback riding, paragliding, visits to the castle and the village bell tower, mountain biking, fitness trail, beach volleyball, tennis, adventure trail, water park, donkey trail, educational farms etc...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free in a free public parking lot located in front of the house.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Gap train station (21km)
- Nearest airport: Grenoble airport (140km)
Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included
- Free Wifi available
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot).
- Possibility of independent arrival and departure by key box
- Basic food necessities (oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, etc...).
- Basic hygiene and maintenance (dishes, toilet, etc.).
- Possibility of an extra bed for 1 person on request from our service provider on site.
- Possibility of a folding baby bed on request from our service provider on site.
