We offer this charming flat for rent in Concarneau, redecorated in 2024, 150 metres from the Sables Blancs beach, in a four-star residence with an outdoor swimming pool. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The flat is located next to the thalassotherapy centre, so you can relax by the sea. Located on the 1st floor with lift, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful master bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and you can enjoy a garden of around 20,000 m², including games for children. Bed linen and towels included.
The accommodation comprises
Day area:
- 20 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Night space:
- A large master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and TV
- A bunk bed (sleeps two)
Outside area :
- A balcony of around 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
Communal area:
- Shared outdoor swimming pool (20x10 m), heated, open from 1 June to 20 September, with child safety (cover and fence), unsupervised. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change by the residence.
- A large 20,000 m² park to enjoy in fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in very pleasant, leafy surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, coastal paths, etc.
Activities :
- Thalassotherapy at the foot of the building in the grounds (fee payable).
- Seaside activities: swimming, windsurfing, surfing, sailing (school on the beach), sea outings (Les Glénans), fishing, etc.
- Public park adjoining the residence with children's play area (structures) and sports fields. Town centre accessible on foot via the promenade.
- Staying in Concarneau: between land and sea, an ideal location for discovering Southern Brittany
- Concarneau and its walled town, its beaches. The coastal footpaths
- Bénodet and its small port, Belon and its flat oysters; Fouesnant, home port of great sailors
- Pont-Aven, city of painters and windmills
