Villa Freesia is a welcoming villa designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
At the entrance there is an open-plan room consisting of a living area with a comfortable sofa and, separated by a vaulted arch, a large fully equipped kitchen.
The rustic style of the house, with its laminar ceilings, the sinuous exposed beams and the intense colors of the terracotta, arouses a warm feeling of home.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a large double bedroom and one with two single beds. Extra services on request: Bed linen and towels (initial set) (on request): 25.00€ per person Credit card deposit (mandatory): 500.00€ Table seat (on request): 50.00€ per child Baby cot (on request): 50.00€ per child Pool towels (on request): 8.00€ per person Arrival after standard time (on request): 30.00€ Arrival after standard time (after 22:00) (on request): 50.00€ In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply. Villetta Freesia is a charming property located in Baja Sardinia, on the renowned and luxurious Costa Smeralda. It is characterized by its refined rustic style that fits perfectly between the irregular shapes of the Gallura granite and the intense colors of the Mediterranean scrub. Villetta Freesia is the first of three terraced houses and with these it shares a large green garden with sea view, ideal for children to have fun or to spend pleasant moments of relaxation. The villa also has a bright veranda, whose columns are wrapped in a soft embrace in the intense colors of the bougainvillea, where there is a table for having meals outdoors and a solarium area for moments of relaxation.

- In case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25,00 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable

Villetta Freesia enjoys a privileged position as it is only 700 meters from the beach of Li Mucchj Bianchi: a long inlet of fine sand and crystalline waters.
1 km away is the Tre Monti beach which is a very intimate beach surrounded by greenery and which offers wonderful sunsets. Nightlife lovers, the renowned club "Phi Beach" with its breathtaking sunsets is only 2.6 km away, while the Ritual Club is 950 meters away, nestled among the ruins of a castle and with a fantastic sea view.
The village of Porto Cervo with its suggestive Promenade du Port and its high fashion clubs is only 7 km away.
