We are offering this charming air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Anduze.
It has a surface area of 52 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of approximately 50 m².
The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 30 m² living room with TV - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, etc. - A separate toilet.
First floor: - One bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200) - One bathroom with WC Outside: - A secure communal swimming pool, open from mid-June to mid-September (unheated) - A beautiful 50 m² garden with furniture for enjoying sunny days The house is ideally located in Anduze, in a very pleasant environment.
You will have access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the secure, numbered indoor car park opposite the accommodation.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest station: SNCF train station and bus station in Ales, 17.8 km away (approximately 25 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Nîmes Airport, 60.2 km away (approximately 55 minutes) Other remarks: - Bed linen is provided.
Towels are not provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

La Petite Poule Rousse Très beau gîte, agréable, paisible, très propre, très fonctionnel , situé dans un lotissement sécurisé, avec parking privé et piscine . Arrivée libre avec boîte à clef, mais avons eu les propriétaires fort sympathiques au téléphone.
