Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom.
The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 25 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, hob, Senseo coffee machine, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and open-plan double dressing room - Bathroom with shower and washbasin - Separate WC Mezzanine: - A sleeping area with two single beds that can be stacked with storage unit.
Outside : - A furnished, south-facing balcony (3m×1.5m) to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in La Forêt-Fouesnant, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities: - Sailing (FFV school, sailing and motor boat hire) - Cycling, golf, hiking - Boat trip to the Glénan Islands - Visit the walled town of Concarneau, Quimper and its cathedral, etc. - Stroll around the nearby port in a pedestrian zone - Access to the coastal paths is direct from the beach or the port. - Festival Interceltique de Lorient, festival des filets bleus de Concarneau, semaines musicales de Quimper...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

Caroline a pensé à tout en matière d'équipements . Logement propre, place privative. Bien situé géographiquement. Honnêtement impeccable, juste il serait bien d'inclure le linge dans le prix.
Salle de bain qui sent une forte odeur d'humidité, il faudrait changer la ventilation.

Calme, literie confortable
Ménage non inclus. Pas de draps, ni de serviettes de bain (au vu du prix, ça aurait été mieux).
Les toilettes avaient une odeur très forte.
