This bright top-floor flat, which was completely renovated in 2020, has 4 rooms, a daylight bathroom with bathtub and a spacious kitchen with a view of a green backyard and the mountains of the Palatinate Forest.
Centrally located, "Urban Central" offers space for up to 7 people. The French skylights can be extended to form a small mini-balcony - very nice on balmy summer evenings. Facing south, you can enjoy the view of the Black Forest mountains.
Each room has a flat-screen TV and desk. This makes this flat ideal for families as well as business travellers and teams. As we do not have a balcony, you have to leave the house to smoke! Urban Central is one of 5 flats in this building.

Here you live and stay self-sufficiently. With the fully equipped kitchen, the basic stock of kitchen utensils, as well as oils and spices, you can cook both small dishes and large menus.
As we have several holiday flats in the house, there is also staff in the house every day. This allows us to respond quickly and flexibly to enquiries and special requests.
We also offer a 24-hour telephone service. Check-in is completely self-sufficient and keyless.
There is no outdoor area assigned to this flat. However, we have two small "French" roof balconies.
The size and location make this flat something very special. Close to the train station, you are not only close to the city centre but also very close to the region.
The views of the Palatinate mountains and the Black Forest are also something special for such a central urban location.
Many cafés, bars and restaurants are nearby and the main entrance to Karlsruhe Zoo is just 80 metres away.
The small mini shop in the building, the ice cream parlour in the adjacent building and the many shops and fast food chains in the nearby train station round things off.
The transport links could not be better. This applies to city, regional and national journeys. For example, you can be in Frankfurt, Stuttgart or Strasbourg within 1 hour from here. Almost all tram lines pass by here and the trade fair shuttle also stops on the doorstep.
You can even be in Paris within 3 hours by express train.
Many small parks within a radius of 500 - 1000 metres invite you to linger and the city forest "Oberwald" is also just a stone's throw away.
