The 175m² villa consists of two buildings : a kitchen, a living room, a library, a laundry room, three bedrooms with bathrooms, and a wooden extension with a fourth bedroom. Each bedroom has private access to the outside. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen ensure a worry-free stay. The 12m x 3.5m heated pool is secured by an alarm.
Bed linen is provided, beds are made before arrival, and final cleaning is included. Laundry facilities are available. A cat lives on-site but stays outside.

A security deposit of 1,500 euros is required, with the option to pay without advance via Swikly (20 euros processing fee).
Property Rules
- The use of the fireplace and smoking indoors are prohibited.
- Be cautious when using the barbecue; it is prohibited on windy days.
- Do not sit on the sofa with wet clothes or swimsuits.
- Do not take the towels provided by the property.

- Empty your trash, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
- Clean the barbecue.
