TD P { margin-bottom: 0cm; }P { margin-bottom: 0.21cm; } With its breath-taking view, surrounded by a looked-after garden, by the Adriatic coast of Salento, La Ripostiera is an exclusive seafront villa in Castro, one of the most beautiful tourist towns of Salento, near Castro Marina and its caves, the cliff and the beautiful small port. A balcony with view on the sea La Ripostiera is an independent villa with large outdoor equipped spaces where the guests can eat lunch or dinner.
The outdoor spaces, characterized by simple and functional furniture, are completed by a built-in barbecue grill. The villa consists of a large living room, sitting room with dining area and sofa bed for two, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom, one twin bedroom and a half bath for a total of 8 bed accommodations. The surroundings of La Ripostiera The villa is on the side of the hill of medieval Castro and it`s near the old town centre with its beautiful castle, the walls and the shops or the coast, where you can taste dishes made with fresh fish.
The villa is a few kilometers away from other famous tourist destinations such as Otranto and Santa Cesarea Terme. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - There are 3 bathrooms which of one has no shower. - Air conditioning in the living area and in the hallway.

Spazi ampi sia interni che esterni, adeguati alle nostre esigenze. La Ripostiera è una villetta con due camere da letto matrimoniali con bagno ensuite, una cameretta con due letti singoli,bagno di servizio, cucina con sala da pranzo e divano letto, ampio salone con divani e TV. All'esterno ampio giardino con barbecue e veranda con tavolo e sedie, terrazza ed orto.
