Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, with sea views, just 50 metres from the beach, featuring a shared indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a games room.
It measures 54 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and Wi-Fi. We’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living room with a sofa, TV and Wi-Fi - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×190) - A bedroom with a double bunk bed (2 mattresses measuring 160×190) - A sofa bed - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet Communal areas: - An indoor swimming pool within the residence, heated all year round (except when the residence closes in November). - A secure outdoor swimming pool open from June to September.
Opening dates are not binding and are subject to change by the residence. - Fitness room and games room (pool table, pinball machine, table football). The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, near Dinard Golf Course, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and more… Activities: - Surf club on Lonchamps beach - Visits to Cancale, Dinard, Dinan, the banks of the Rance, Cap Fréhel… - Mont-Saint-Michel Transport: - You can park directly in the residence’s private car park (no designated space) - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo station, 17 km away (around 22 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne Airport, 88 km away (around 1 hour and 6 minutes by car) Other notes: - All beds in the accommodation are 160x190 - Linen option (bookable for late arrivals): bed linen and towel set available for €20 per person; to be booked and paid for directly at the residence’s reception. - Free Wi-Fi in the residence’s communal areas. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - To put out the rubbish: there is a bin in the residence’s car park. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff.

La luminosité du logement et sa taille ainsi que l’état général de l’appartement
Le lit de la chambre parentale grince tellement que l’on ne peut pas se tourner sans réveiller la personne qui dort à côté de soi. Il est plus que temps de changer le sommier.

Appartement très spacieux, vue mer superbe ! très bien équipé, accès facile et place de parking sur place. Seul bémol le ménage qui n'était pas fait dans les coins et le linge qui sentait le tabac froid
