Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 1,130 sq ft apartment for rent in Perpignan, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 40 sq ft living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, WiFi, a sofa, a double sofa bed, and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed and storage space
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, 2 portable air conditioners, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A west-facing balcony of approximately 10 m²
- An east-facing terrace of 20-25 m² with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Perpignan, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
Located about thirty kilometers from the Spanish border, Perpignan is classified as a City of Art and History thanks to its past as the former continental capital of the Kingdom of Majorca. Once you have passed through the imposing fortified gate, stroll along the narrow streets and discover the treasures of the old town, such as the Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist, the Place de la Loge, the Loge de la Mer, the fortress palace of the kings of Majorca, and more. Take a leisurely stroll through the heart of Bir Hakeim Square or along the majestic Promenade des Platanes. Come and discover this quintessential Catalan city by staying in this accommodation.
