The property is located in the Lingotto district, full of all services and well connected by local public transport. A 2-minute walk is the metro stop and in 17 minutes walk it is possible to reach Turin-Lingotto Station.

Lingotto Fiere is 700 metres from the property.


The interior space is organized as follows

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, juicer and kitchen utensils), double sofa bed, TV, dining table and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;

- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;

- BALCONY.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating, air conditioning (nozzle in all rooms), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

A high chair and a children’s camp bed are available.


PLEASE NOTE: there is a step at the entrance of the building.

The lift is not suitable for disabled people - there are some steps in the entrance hall of the building.

Hot water is supplied by boiler, you may need to wait for it to recharge.


The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

The district is well connected with the historic center and the main points of interest thanks to public transport: the Italia 61 metro is in fact only 200 meters away. Towards the center, a visit to the Valentino Park and the Porta Nuova district is a must. For gastronomy, the agnolotti, the Piedmontese mixed fry and the Bagna Cauda are unmissable. A stop at the renowned "Bicerin" Café is mandatory!
