La Cornula is a lovely vacation home in Campi Salentina, strategically located between the beauty of Lecce and the beaches of Porto Cesareo.
The accommodation has 4 beds, air conditioning, indoor uncovered parking and large furnished outdoor pergola overlooking the large garden.
Vacation home sleeps up to 4 between Lecce and Porto Cesareo: La Cornula La Cornula is a beautiful vacation home nestled in the Salento countryside fully fenced and with uncovered internal car parking.
Outside the property a large and cozy furnished pergola welcomes you and allows you to experience this space at different times of the day starting with summer lunches and dinners, and afternoon relaxation with hammocks and rockers.
The large garden is ideal for outdoor relaxing moments and has a small laundry room.
The interior of house La Cornula consists of one large room.
Guests are welcomed by a large room with an open kitchen, TV, double bed and sofa bed.
The house is equipped with modern furnishings and beautiful finishes.
The large bathroom is well-maintained and has a large and cozy shower lined with marble.
Where La Cornula is located in Campi Salentina La Cornula is located in Campi Salentina in Contrada Cornolaro, a short distance from the historic center of the characteristic Salento town nestled in the countryside.
The beautiful golden beaches of Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo are about 20 km away as are the first beaches on the Adriatic Sea.
Lecce and its artistic beauties are about 15 km away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - The house is close to a railway track.
