Cozy apartment of 80 sqm, recently renovated, located on the second floor of a period building without elevator (stairs to access). The property can accommodate up to 5 people and is located in the historic center of Olbia, in an area full of all the main services. The Port and the Airport are within easy reach, 2.7 Km and 4.2 Km respectively.
The interior space is organized as follows
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, electric juicer, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), sofa, 40" TV, dining table, pellet stove and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with bath/shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BEDROOM II mezzanine (attic) with double bed, double bed, coat stand, dresser and TV 32";
- BALCONY.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating via pellet stove and split, air conditioning (a split in bedroom I and a split in bedroom II/living area), washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Olbia Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The coastal territory of Olbia extends for a hundred kilometers alternating beaches with cliffs of incomparable beauty. We remember the Marine Protected Area on which stands out the island of Tavolara. The beaches of the North, Pittulongu, the Shark, Sea and Rocks, Bados, Marinella, Razza di Juncu and Rena Bianca, are characterized by white and fine sand as well as crystal clear waters; to the South the beaches of Saline, Marina Maria, Costa Romantica, Li Cuncheddi, Poltu Casu, Capo Ceraso and Porto Istana are among the favorites.
A real "must" in our municipality is Porto Rotondo, one of the most famous and worldly locations of the international jet set surrounded by spectacular beaches.

- Pittulongu beach: 16 minutes by car or 23 minutes by public transport;
- Lo Squalo beach: 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by public transport;
- Parish Church of Saint Anthony of Padua: 23 minutes on foot;
- La Lanterna Restaurant: 3 minutes on foot;
- Johnny Bar: 2 minutes on foot;
- Superpan (supermerket): 9 minutes on foot.
- From Olbia Airport - Costa Smeralda, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 02 to the stop "152 - Via D'Annunzio in front of Carabinieri", a 2-minute walk from the property.
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment by car/taxi in about 10 minutes (4.2 Km).
- From Olbia Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in 3 minutes on foot.
- If you are travelling by car, the accommodation is located outside the Restricted Traffic Area. The parking space is NOT included, it is possible to park for a fee at the Parking Piazzale Achille Bardanzellu, a 2-minute walk from the property.
