This single-storey detached house of approximately 59 m², with rustic charm and a traditional layout, welcomes you for a stay in a green and peaceful setting, located right next to a campsite.
The entrance opens onto a functional, fully equipped kitchen featuring a four-burner electric hob, extractor hood, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
The dining area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and opens directly onto a pleasant wooden terrace of about 25 m², furnished with garden furniture and parasols, ideal for outdoor meals.
The house also offers a separate toilet with shower cabin and washbasin, as well as a living room that can be used as a sleeping area with a 90 cm sofa bed.
In a row, the first bedroom includes a 140 cm double bed and a wardrobe, with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bathtub.
After three steps, the second bedroom features a 140 cm double bed with direct access to the outside and is complemented by a utility room with a washing machine and sink.
Outside, the wooden terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, providing a pleasant space to enjoy sunny days.
Parking is available on the property, which is subject to a right of way for the house located at the rear.
This house is ideal for simple and relaxing holidays, with all the necessary comfort.
