For a relaxing seaside getaway, let yourself be charmed by this cozy semi-detached holiday home, perfect for spending quality time together and fully enjoying the ocean!
Upon entering, you’ll find a pleasant living area with a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing moments. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals, featuring a 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, electric oven, NESPRESSO coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
On the ground floor, enjoy a comfortable sleeping area with a bedroom featuring a double bed (140 cm) and optimized storage, complemented by a bathroom with an electric towel warmer and a separate WC.
Children will love the attic mezzanine, furnished with two single beds (90 cm) and illuminated by a skylight, providing a cozy and functional sleeping space.
Outside, relax on the terrace, perfect for al fresco lunches or peaceful moments… enjoy it, you’re on holiday!
To cool off, take a dip in one of the two shared swimming pools of the residence, open from July 1st to August 31st.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance)
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.

La situation et l'emplacement du logement ( Calme et aux accès très pratique pour promenade plage jogging et magasin )
La surface vraiment petite du logement et de l'extérieur.
Impressionnant.. je ne sais pas que ca existait si dans les mobiles Home...

J'ai réservé sur gites.fr holidu a confirmé la réservation et square habitat m'a contacté pour la gestion du séjour. Bref rien compris
Une autre société m'a contacté pour la gestion de la caution avec pris d'une assurance qui j'ai pas bien compris non plus. Par contre aucune information sur la suppression des mes données bancaires. A part ca nous avons passé un excellent séjour
