Perfect for a family holiday, it features a bright living area with a lounge corner, dining space (flat-screen TV), and a fully equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The main bedroom offers a 160 cm double bed and a wardrobe.
You will also find a modern shower room with a walk-in shower, towel warmer, washing machine and toilet.
A miller’s ladder-style staircase leads to a cosy attic mezzanine, much appreciated by children, with two 90 cm single beds.
Travel light: a travel cot with mattress and a high chair are available for your use.
And the icing on the cake: a pleasant sea view, outdoor furniture, an electric awning for relaxing outside at any time, plus a private underground garage for hassle-free parking.

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period.
This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
The premises must be left perfectly clean.
If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained. * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque. * The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) : * Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock * Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
