Come and discover the authentic charm of this single-story house from the 1980s. Its bright living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, opens onto a terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days and outdoor meals.
The kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals with family or friends, featuring a 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.
The house offers two comfortable bedrooms, where rustic furniture creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The first bedroom has a 140 cm bed (two 70 cm mattresses), while the second also features a 140 cm bed.
The bathroom with a bathtub and the separate WC with a hand basin complete the sleeping area, while the practical, well-equipped utility room makes daily life easier with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board with iron, and a drying rack.
On sunny days, enjoy the garden furnished with outdoor seating!
A parking space is available on the property in front of the garage, but once parked, the gate cannot be closed.

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance)
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
