This house is ready to welcome you for a peaceful and comfortable stay!


The main, single-level part of the house features a bright living room with a decorative fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals, with a 4-burner ceramic hob and oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and fridge with freezer compartment. A first bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with WC and electric towel warmer complete this space.


Through the veranda, you’ll discover the second bedroom, also with a 140 cm bed, its own en-suite bathroom with WC, electric towel warmer, and washing machine. This part of the house has been fully renovated, offering comfort and privacy for everyone.


The large enclosed garden is a real bonus: perfect for enjoying meals in the sun, relaxing on the garden furniture, or having a barbecue in complete peace.

* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.

* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.

* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.

* The optional services.


For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance)

* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock

* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
