Pure relaxation, even for the little ones! Light-flooded entrance area with relaxation lounger, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, large living room with fireplace and dining area, adjoining kitchen and access to the large covered terrace complete the offer.

WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV as well as Blu Ray player & music system are also available in the house.

From the terrace you can reach the separate extension with infrared sauna and relaxation area.

Of course, the house is tempered by a new gas central heating system and can therefore easily enable a very nice time even in the winter months. The extension in the form of the garage that can be seen in some pictures is not part of the rental scope. This detached holiday home with 80 m² of living space is embedded in a beautifully landscaped private garden with approx. 430m² of land. A rattan furniture group is placed on the terrace.

This consists of 4 armchairs and a table.

Two comfortable loungers and a grill are available. You can park in the front part of your own property directly in front of the entrance of the house, max. 3 cars. Our house is in a quiet location, but still close to the center of Aquadelta, the dike, Grevelinger Sea, the marina and the beach.

The golf course is round about 1000m far away. Please note that the total price does not include any possible tourist tax.
