Ferienhaus-Zeeland-NL offers you a beautiful detached holiday home for 4 people with its own large property, sauna, parking spaces, directly on the sea, WiFi, marina, golf, beach, in a child-friendly park, fireplace.
Modernly designed holiday home, great architecture, in a lake location, in a child-friendly holiday park.
Holiday house directly on the Grevelinger Meer, marina, golf course, sauna, beach, etc. for 4 people.
Pure relaxation, even for the little ones! Light-flooded entrance area with relaxation lounger, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, large living room with fireplace and dining area, adjoining kitchen and access to the large covered terrace complete the offer.
WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV as well as Blu Ray player & music system are also available in the house.
From the terrace you can reach the separate extension with infrared sauna and relaxation area.
Of course, the house is tempered by a new gas central heating system and can therefore easily enable a very nice time even in the winter months. The extension in the form of the garage that can be seen in some pictures is not part of the rental scope. This detached holiday home with 80 m² of living space is embedded in a beautifully landscaped private garden with approx. 430m² of land. A rattan furniture group is placed on the terrace.
This consists of 4 armchairs and a table.
Two comfortable loungers and a grill are available. You can park in the front part of your own property directly in front of the entrance of the house, max. 3 cars. Our house is in a quiet location, but still close to the center of Aquadelta, the dike, Grevelinger Sea, the marina and the beach.
The golf course is round about 1000m far away. Please note that the total price does not include any possible tourist tax. This is to be paid on site.

Zeer vriendelijke verhuurder. Per abuis was CV ketel niet genoeg bijgevuld met water. Na het sturen van een email werd er binnen 10 minuten gereageerd en stond er vrij snel een monteur voor de deur. De verhuurder voelde zich heel schuldig maar kan natuurlijk gebeuren en is heel snel op gehandeld!
Ruimtes goed en schoon. Vele huishoudelijke apparatuur. Lekkere douche en infrarood sauna.
Hübsches, sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus.

Es fehlte an nichts, sehr zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. So richtig zum wohlfühlen. Die Infrarotsauna und der Ruheraum laden zum Entspannen ein, sehr erholsam. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert .
Die Treppe nach oben ins Schlafzimmer ist recht schmal und steil. Aber unten ist auch ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten.
