The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 19th-century stone house for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, 900 metres from the main beach. It measures 86 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 100 m². Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, Wifi, sofa, pellet stove (pellets not provided) and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190)
- Shower room with shower and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.
Outside area :
- A beautiful garden of approximately 100 m² located in a courtyard at the rear of the house, not overlooked. There is a terrace and a covered area.
- The south-west-facing terrace in the courtyard is approx. 28 m², with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
For even more comfort: barbecue, parasol, sun loungers, washing machine, tumble dryer, high chair, cot, baby bath, iron and ironing board, loan of board games and books, loan of beach games and beach chairs.
The house is ideally located in the old town of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting near the church. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
Activities :
- The beach and "le point plage" (a structure offering all water sports activities: paddle, surf, J80, catamaran lessons and supervised sea outings) are nearby. The long beach is 2 km long, perfect for walks, jogging and family outings.
- Nearby, a not-to-be-missed stop-off on the Emerald Coast:
Cap Fréhel, to the west, an impressive site classified as an ornithological reserve, whose cliffs tower 70 metres above the sea.
- Not far from there, stop off at the Château de Fort la Latte, built in the 14th century on a rocky headland, majestically overlooking the English Channel.
- A former corsair town, the fortified city of Saint-Malo is built on a rock. With its magnificent ramparts, it offers a magnificent panorama of the sea and the Channel Islands of Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. While a walk around the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier is not to be outdone either, with its picturesque cobbled streets, rich shipowners' houses and its castle, whose keep houses the Musée d'Histoire de la Ville et du Pays Malouin. In Saint-Malo, you can watch the high tides and the start of the Route du Rhum, visit the National Fort built to Vauban's designs at low tide, discover Chateaubriand's tomb on the Grand Bé islet, and take a boat trip around the Bay of Saint-Malo...
- In medieval Dinan, a Town of Art and History, take the time to wander through the narrow streets, visit the feudal castle, admire the timber-framed houses and the beautiful religious buildings.
Public transport :
- You can park for free in the one-way street.
- Breizh go (coaches).
- Maritime shuttle St Cast / St Malo several times a week; shuttle St Cast / Fort La Latte and Cap Fréhel.
- Nearest TGV stations: Lamballe (34 minutes by car) and Saint Malo (40 minutes).
- Nearest airport: Rennes (1h20).

Ty Karet "Très beau séjour dans une magnifique maison, très joliment rénovée. L’équipement est au top , il ne manque rien.
Tout est confortable et de qualité. La petite cour intérieure est vraiment un plus bien abritée du vent un vrai bonheur.
La maison est située dans le vieux bourg bien au calme, la plage est accessible à pied en environ 15’"
