The comfortable couch in the living room can quickly be converted into a bed (1.60x2.00m). In addition, the living room is also equipped with WiFi and a sound system with connection options for iPod, iPhone and iPad.

The living room also has a large balcony (16 sqm) with a beautiful view and a modern seating area. Kitchen: The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee and kitchen machines and leaves nothing to be desired.
