Villa Lotus is a semi-detached Villa with a private pool, located in Pino Alto just 200 meters from Playa Cristal and the promenade. The house has been recently renovated and has 4 double bedrooms, all of them with air conditioning, 2 complete bathrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a garage.
On the ground floor there is a double room, separate kitchen, living room, porch and access to the garden.

On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms, two full bathrooms.

Outside it has a nice private pool and a chill out area with barbecue.
The location is exceptional in the prestigious area of Pino Alto next to the best beach on the Costa Dorada, the promenade and the best-known restaurants are nearby. The house is comfortable, it is fully air-conditioned and it has wi-fi.

Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 5 min. walking distance from the house. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.
