An ideal location for this studio! At the end of the afternoon, all you have to do is cross the road to put your towel on the fine sand of the Grande Conche Beach.
What could be better for a vacation with your feet in the water! It is composed of an entrance hall, a main room with a wardrobe with 1 retractable bed in 140cm and a flat screen TV, a kitchenette equipped with 2 ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a table top refrigerator...
The just-renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet.
Enjoy the open view on the Royan Park area from the living room.
Parking is free on the street.
If you come with your bikes or decide to rent some, a common bicycle room is available within the residence.
IDEAL LOCATION - SMALL BUDGET - COMMON BIKE ROOM - CLOSE TO THE BEACH To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest: * A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period.
This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
The premises must be left perfectly clean.
If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained. * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque. * The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) : * Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock * Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.

l'emplacement par rapport à l'Océan.
Seule la salle de douche a retenu une attention positive... Par contre, c'est la première fois que nous n'avons pas de papier WC disponible pour notre arrivée... Par ailleurs, la table devait faire 60 cm de diamètre et branlante, donc très juste pour manger à 2, et en plus, les chaises minuscules et...

Un séjours sans problème a Royan dans un studio bien équipé ou il manque quand même un lave linge !
La literie propre , le matelas un peu dur.sejour agréable.
