We propose to you to the rent, in Aix-en-Provence, this charming air-conditioned house with swimming pool, of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 42 m² (with decorative fireplace), an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of about 400 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 42 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), fireplace (decorative), sofa, armchair and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A veranda.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, not heated) of 9m×4m, with a summer cover to heat the water during the summer season. The pool is open from April to October and is secured by a fence. Dates of opening are not contractual, subject to change.
- A beautiful private and closed garden of about 400 m², facing West. At the back of the house at the level of the veranda you will find a second garden facing east.
- A terrace of about 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
For even more comfort : washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Aix-en-Provence, in a very pleasant environment within a residential area. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Renowned for its gentle way of life, the city of Aix-en-Provence is also known for the charm of its old town and its famous Cours Mirabeau. Decorated with beautiful plane trees, the old town invites you to stroll around: small pleasant squares, numerous private mansions from the 17th and 18th centuries, charming fountains, pretty boutiques, lively café terraces, flower markets, but also fruit and vegetable markets reminiscent of the colors and scents of Provence.
- Touristic sites : Sainte-Victoire Mountain, Marseille, the National Park of the Calanques...
- Sporting activities : tennis nearby (Country Club), cycling, hiking, ....
- Cultural visits: Granet Museum, MuCEM - Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilizations...

Transportation :
You can park directly under the arbour inside the property (1 vehicle), outside in front of the gate (1 vehicle) or on the common parking spaces (for 3 houses) in the main alley.
- Nearest train station: Aix en Provence (10 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence (22 minutes by car).
Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free wifi (fiber optic) and free access to Netflix.
- Possibility of renting: high chair: €10 / cot: €20 (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
