Casa Rosa Arancio is a holiday home in Sardinia that can accommodate up to five people.
The house is spread over two floors.
On the lower floor, there is a living room with a kitchenette, which also includes a sofa bed, and a terrace with a barbecue and a breathtaking sea view. The sleeping area is located on the upper floor and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds—and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine. The bedrooms open onto a large and wonderful terrace with a shared swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. The property includes one private parking space for our guests. Please note that the pool opening and closing dates are subject to change depending on scheduled maintenance and weather conditions.

Casa Rosa Arancio is a Costa Paradiso villa located on the northern coast of Sardinia.
The holiday home in Sardinia is part of six villas built in typical Sardinian style, located in a unique position overlooking the sea. This accommodation is the perfect Sardinia villa rental, ideal for a relaxing beach holiday. It is located just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 meters from the splendid sandy Li Cossi beach, which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating on the island. Other small bays are located 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel or simply sunbathe. The holiday apartment has a magnificent sea view, and a large outdoor area, perfect for outdoor dining or a barbecue with family or friends. The Mediterranean scrub surrounds the whole area and allows you to enjoy its natural scents of rosemary, juniper and strawberry tree. The pool is equipped with a chaise-longue for sunbathing and an outdoor shower.
Costa Paradiso is one of the most enchanting destinations on the northern coast of Sardinia, nestled in the spectacular natural landscape of Gallura, among impressive red granite rock formations, juniper trees, and fragrant Mediterranean scrub.
This exclusive seaside residential complex stretches harmoniously along the coastline, blending seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Costa Paradiso is located along the scenic coastal road connecting Castelsardo and Santa Teresa Gallura, approximately 35 km from both towns, making it an ideal base for exploring some of the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia.
The coastline is dotted with numerous secluded coves, natural inlets, and small beaches, both rocky and sandy. Some can be reached on foot via picturesque coastal trails, while others, more secluded and unspoilt, are easily accessible by sea.

From the nearest car park, Li Cossi can be reached via a spectacular coastal trail, with a walk of approximately 10–15 minutes.
Beyond its extraordinary natural beauty, Costa Paradiso is also a lively and well-equipped holiday destination. The residential complex offers a range of amenities, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, Sardinian handicraft shops, and a medical service, making the area suitable for extended stays and family holidays alike.
Costa Paradiso also has a small marina, an ideal starting point for boat trips and excursions along the coastline. For those wishing to discover more secluded bays, we offer the opportunity to rent a RIB with us and explore the coastline from the sea. You can reach the beautiful Cala Tinnari, set in a particularly wild and unspoilt landscape, or continue towards Isola Rossa and its best-known beaches, including La Marinedda and Spiaggia Longa, before heading further along the coast to the coves and bays around Li Feruli.
Exploring by boat is a wonderful way to discover some of the most captivating and hidden corners of Sardinia’s northern coastline, enjoying its natural beauty from a truly privileged perspective.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenhalt in Sardinien.
Rina hat uns auch noch spät in der Nacht persönlich empfangen.
Und wenn wir ein Problem oder Fragen hatten, hat sie sofort reagiert und uns immer geholfen. Sie war sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Es war sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in Costa Paradiso!

Very beatyful place. Evrything was well. Sunset is wonderful there. Rina is a very symphatic lady which answer very fast and help what she can.
