The villa can accommodate up to 11 people and consists of 4 bedrooms, three of which are double rooms, two of them with en-suite bathroom and one with two single beds; 3 bathrooms, independent kitchen, a large living room with sofa bed and air conditioning.
The bedrooms are all finely furnished with large windows overlooking the sea and the garden, to ensure total privacy and comfort for guests.
It also has a barbecue, a private mini pool with whirlpool bath and private parking.
Just 300 meters away you will find a small port with a panoramic path which leads to the wonderful Li Cossi beach, and if you want to enjoy some trekking, you can carry on along the path that will take you to the enchanting beach of Tinnari, which can also be reached from the sea.
In the evening it will be easy to reach the center of Costa Paradiso on foot, where you will find bars, restaurants and shops, and thus enjoy your evenings in front of the sea.

This villa for rent is located in the North of Sardinia, in the tourist village of Costa Paradiso, characterized by peculiar red granite rocks and beautiful rocky coves, such as Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti, from which you can access to a fantastic emerald green water.
The villa, located at just 200 meters from the sea, is built with the typical stones of Costa Paradiso and surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub which its plants and flowers offer beautiful optical and olfactory sensations.
Costa Paradiso is one of the most enchanting destinations on the northern coast of Sardinia, nestled in the spectacular natural landscape of Gallura, among impressive red granite rock formations, juniper trees, and fragrant Mediterranean scrub.
This exclusive seaside residential complex stretches harmoniously along the coastline, blending seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Costa Paradiso is located along the scenic coastal road connecting Castelsardo and Santa Teresa Gallura, approximately 35 km from both towns, making it an ideal base for exploring some of the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia.
The coastline is dotted with numerous secluded coves, natural inlets, and small beaches, both rocky and sandy. Some can be reached on foot via picturesque coastal trails, while others, more secluded and unspoilt, are easily accessible by sea.
The most famous beach in Costa Paradiso is undoubtedly Li Cossi, considered one of the most spectacular beaches in Gallura. From the nearest car park, Li Cossi can be reached via a spectacular coastal trail, with a walk of approximately 10–15 minutes.
Beyond its extraordinary natural beauty, Costa Paradiso is also a lively and well-equipped holiday destination. The residential complex offers a range of amenities, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, Sardinian handicraft shops, and a medical service, making the area suitable for extended stays and family holidays alike.
Costa Paradiso also has a small marina, an ideal starting point for boat trips and excursions along the coastline. For those wishing to discover more secluded bays, we offer the opportunity to rent a RIB with us and explore the coastline from the sea. You can reach the beautiful Cala Tinnari, set in a particularly wild and unspoilt landscape, or continue towards Isola Rossa and its best-known beaches, including La Marinedda and Spiaggia Longa, before heading further along the coast to the coves and bays around Li Feruli.
Exploring by boat is a wonderful way to discover some of the most captivating and hidden corners of Sardinia’s northern coastline, enjoying its natural beauty from a truly privileged perspective.

Très belle maison bien située à Costa Paradiso.
Nous y avons passé un très beau séjour.
Il ne manque qu'un lave-vaisselle pour que tout soit parfait.
Attention, la description de la maison n'est pas très précise, le WIFI n'est pas inclus, mais en option payante.
Les frais d'électricité et d'eau peuvent représenter un budget important.

Cette maison était le choix parfait. Quelques escaliers à descendre et nous avons commencé nos vacances tant attendues ! nos enfants ont adoré la piscine jacuzzi - c'était la cerise sur le gâteau. La climatisation nous a sauvés car nous étions là fin juillet et il faisait très chaud ! Nous sommes impatients de revenir. Brigitte

Sardinia is really a paradise, wonderful sea, good food, nice people and excellent service. It was our first time in this enchanting island which amazed us for its beauties.
