Villa Sfumature di Melograno consists of one large main building with five large bedrooms (three double, one with 2 single beds and one with bunk beds) and further two independent houses with one large double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with their own living rooms, kitchenette and bathrooms, a total of nine bedrooms sleeping up to 20 people and eight bathrooms.
Costa Paradiso is a charming village with unique shapes and colors, cliffs sculpted by the wind, incredibly turquoise sea, Mediterranean vegetation, splendid views over pink and red granite and magical sunsets.
The rocky coves Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti are just in front of the house.
It takes just few minutes to the beautiful sandy beach Li Cossi that can be reached via a path surrounded by nature and is 1000 meters far from this holiday house in Sardinia. The village is equipped with various restaurants, bar, supermarkets, fish shops, pharmacy and medical center. The Maya center with restaurants and bars, kiosk and small shops can be reached on foot in 3-5 minutes. Other dream beaches, such as Cala Sarraina or Marinedda near Isola Rossa, are in the nearby area of Costa Paradiso and are easily accessible by car. Inflatable boats are hired at the small port of Costa Paradiso, with which you can go to bays accessible only from the sea. There is also a diving center with a diving school. Costa Paradiso is one of the most enchanting destinations on the northern coast of Sardinia, nestled in the spectacular natural landscape of Gallura, among impressive red granite rock formations, juniper trees, and fragrant Mediterranean scrub.
This exclusive seaside residential complex stretches harmoniously along the coastline, blending seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Costa Paradiso is located along the scenic coastal road connecting Castelsardo and Santa Teresa Gallura, approximately 35 km from both towns, making it an ideal base for exploring some of the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia.
The coastline is dotted with numerous secluded coves, natural inlets, and small beaches, both rocky and sandy. Some can be reached on foot via picturesque coastal trails, while others, more secluded and unspoilt, are easily accessible by sea.
The most famous beach in Costa Paradiso is undoubtedly Li Cossi, considered one of the most spectacular beaches in Gallura. Nestled between towering granite cliffs, it features fine golden sand and crystal-clear waters in striking shades of turquoise and emerald green. From the nearest car park, Li Cossi can be reached via a spectacular coastal trail, with a walk of approximately 10–15 minutes.
Beyond its extraordinary natural beauty, Costa Paradiso is also a lively and well-equipped holiday destination. The residential complex offers a range of amenities, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, Sardinian handicraft shops, and a medical service, making the area suitable for extended stays and family holidays alike.
Costa Paradiso also has a small marina, an ideal starting point for boat trips and excursions along the coastline. For those wishing to discover more secluded bays, we offer the opportunity to rent a RIB with us and explore the coastline from the sea. You can reach the beautiful Cala Tinnari, set in a particularly wild and unspoilt landscape, or continue towards Isola Rossa and its best-known beaches, including La Marinedda and Spiaggia Longa, before heading further along the coast to the coves and bays around Li Feruli.
Exploring by boat is a wonderful way to discover some of the most captivating and hidden corners of Sardinia’s northern coastline, enjoying its natural beauty from a truly privileged perspective.
