The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumbler dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with TV and electric flame-effect fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a twin (zip/link, can be twin on request), both with en-suite shower rooms. Outside there is an enclosed front decking area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 5.6 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 0.1 miles, a lake and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Holly Lodge is the perfect base to begin your adventures in Lancashire. Note: This is an adult-only property. Please note: The fishery on site is not included but can be used at an additional cost. Monday-Friday check-ins only. Please Note: Fishing is available at a reduced rate of £10.00 per person, per day. (For lodge guests) Fishing allowed from dawn till dusk. Please let us know before your arrival.

Holly Lodge is set in tranquil surroundings. We enjoyed watching the wildlife including a heron, pheasants, and geese and ducks on the ponds. Although we visited at the end of November the lodge was beautifully warm and comfortable. We look forward to our next visit.

A quiet, peaceful location yet within 15 minutes of the M6 motorway so easy to travel to many places of interest. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed sitting out in the sun during the afternoon/early evening, then watching the sunset. The lodge was warm and comfortable, a 'home from home'.

Holly cottage was lovely. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen equipment was well stocked and all appliances worked well. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. It’s a wonderful setting for peace, quiet and long walks on Becon Fell.
