The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Pontrieux, this charming apartment of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers.
Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 28 m², equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom.
We are waiting for you ! The housing is composed as follows: - A living room of 28 m² with sofa bed, TV, Wifi included, dining table - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, combined refrigerator, toaster, induction cooker... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort : high chair, folding bed, folding bathtub, washing machine, ironing board and iron, Nintendo 64 game console.
The apartment is ideally located in Pontrieux, a picturesque town classified as a "small city of character" known as "Little Venice of the Tregor", in a very pleasant environment.
You will be in the immediate vicinity of all the essential shops : Restaurants, Bars, Bakery/Pastry shop, Butchery/Charcuterie, Pharmacy, Hairdresser, Market, Wine shop, Tourist office, Supermarket...
Activities : - Marina at 600 m. - Boat trips on the Trieux (day and night). - The Trieux steamer, steam train Pontrieux/Paimpol. - Le passeur du Trieux, discovery of the river and its estuary (Natura 2000) until Loguivy de la Mer.
In the surroundings (<30 Kms) : - Castle of la Roche jagu.
Abbey of Beauport, Temple of Lanleff, Abyss of Plougrescant - Paimpol (pier for the island of Bréhat), Saint Quay Portrieux, Binic, Plouha, Lézardrieux, Tréguier, Guingamp, Perros-Guirec,... - Pink granite coast, GR34, beaches... - Zoological park of Trégomeur.

Pas de jardin et si on ouvrait les fenêtres sur le devant , bruyant, beaucoup de circulation ..
