Location, location, location! This modern two bedroom apartment is in the Plaza de España, the heart of Nerja, next to the town hall and next to the famous Balcón de Europa.
It has access to the rooftop pool with stunning views over the town and coast and is right next to a host of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and stores.
The apartment is cozy, fully-equiped, 85 m² and has capacity for 4 people.
It has a modern open plan kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances, dining room and living room with two large French windows opening onto the large terrace overlooking Plaza Espana.
There is a large double bedroom with access to the terrace and en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and another bedroom with two single beds also with access to the terrace.
There is a second bathroom with shower.
Facilities include an elevator, fully equipped kitchen with oven / hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, washing machine, hair dryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, electric blinds, air conditioning in all rooms and underfloor heating.
The apartment also has an assigned parking space in the secure subway parking accessed by the elevator.
The communal rooftop pool is round, with a diameter of 5 meters and depths of 1.0 to 1.2 meters.
It is surrounded by a large solarium and is open all year round.
There are 2 sun loungers up there which are for the exclusive use of this apartment.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays longer than 10 nights.
End of stay cleaning is also included.
We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cribs, high chairs, beach towels, additional cleaning, cab transfers and pets (on request) ...

The local caves - Cueva de Nerja - and the neighboring "Pueblo Blanco", Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay.
Further afield, but within easy reach, there are water parks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range with fabulous ski slopes during the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Malaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada.
Nerja has a great public transport network - or you can rent a car to discover the area at your own pace.

We has a great stay. Clear easy to follow check in instruction. The apartment itself was spotless. The perfect size for our party of 4. Location is super, right in the heart of everything. We will book again. And would recommend ti others.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nerja at Apartment Plaza Espana, Nerja is a beautiful authentic little town, the location of the apartment is awesome, just a few metres from a few beaches, right in the center. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, with a big terrace and a great roof pool. I can only recommend to anyone to stay here. Linda

Nerja Paradise Rentals are impeccable to deal with. From start to finish our questions & queries were handed quickly, thoroughly & politely. This apartment was one of the nicest we've stayed in. Perfectly positioned, very clean & spacious. The roof top pool was a huge bonus. Can't recommend highly enough!
