Holiday home located on a quiet street with several free parking spaces, has a furnished veranda for outdoor dining, an outdoor shower and access via an external staircase to the terrace overlooking the sea.
Inside, the house has a kitchen, air-conditioned night area, two bedrooms: one double with balcony and one triple with bunk beds and another pull-out bed.
Beach and town center within walking distance.
The accommodation is in an excellent position as it is located in a quiet and private area and is only 180 meters away from the main promenade and 600 meters from the first beach access.
Nearby there are several services that can be easily reached on foot such as: tobacconists, minimarkets, newsstands, bazaars, bars, takeaways and pizzerias, restaurants.
A few hundred meters from fishmongers, port, info point and first aid point.
Parking is available for a fee outside the house.
Tourist tax to be paid locally on the day of arrival.
