This charming holiday home for 6 people is located at the entrance of Cala Figuera, heading towards the harbor in the beautiful southeast of Mallorca.

Situated in the heart of Cala Figuera, the house offers easy access to the village’s restaurants and bars, all within comfortable walking distance.

You can leave your car parked in the evening and enjoy the local atmosphere on foot. The ground floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The living and dining area, accessible through the kitchen, is equipped with air conditioning.

A second bathroom, which is accessible via the patio, offers cold water only.

An open staircase leads to the upper bedroom, which also has air conditioning and a small terrace.

During the summer months, you will likely spend most of your time relaxing in the patio on the side of the house or on the smaller terrace directly off the living area. Cala Figuera is known for its picturesque harbor, charming promenades, and inviting restaurants.

While there is no beach in Cala Figuera, there are two beautiful coves perfect for long walks along the water.

From the Bon Bar, you can watch the local fishermen return with their catch in the late afternoon. In just 5 minutes by car, you can reach Cala Santanyi, and other stunning beaches such as s’Amarador, Cala Llombards, and Es Trenc are also nearby.

The surrounding area offers a wide selection of excellent restaurants to discover.

If you prefer to cook at home, the Santanyi market takes place on Saturdays and Wednesdays, providing fresh local produce for your meals.
