This stylish apartment is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. The flat was pre-loved thus it is not a “hotel-grade”. The flat is fully furnished with an ensuite double bed, sofa, kitchen and lounge.
The flat comfortably sleeps up to 2 people. The flat is equipped with kitchen units, electric hob, electric oven, electric panel heaters, electric immersion water heater, carpetted in bedroom, laminated flooring in living room and tiled flooring in kitchen and bathroom. A travel cot and a baby bottle warmer are available.
Child(ren) is/are welcomed but the place is not baby/child proof. Internet: Fibre broadband by BT with average download speed of 30Mbps.
The Broadband is unlimited but subject to fair use policy. However there is no TV to keep the cost down for Airbnb guests. Parking: Hillmorton Road is a busy road.
There is no allocated parking within the property.
However, there are on-street parkings along the Hillmorton Road after the double yellow line towards No.18 Hillmorton Road and also along Horton Crescent but it is subject to availability. There is also a paid parking runs by the Rugby Council and the nearest is on Little Church Street and this is also subject to availability. Other things to note: Self check in with key lock box Wall Mounted Electric heaters. Electric Immersion Water Tank Boiler. The flat is furnished. The flat is within a bigger premise and when access from Hillmorton Road, you have to walk all the way to the back garden where the flat is on the ground floor. The Broadband is unlimited but subject to fair use policy thus no abuse or misused of the service. There is no TV in the property and no allocated parking within the property. (Thus reflects on the price) I do not charge cleaning fee thus please be reasonable. You will have the whole flat to yourself thus please treat the place as you would your own.
