The host went above and beyond for my stay. There was a slight dilemma with time of arrival and they quickly amended this by extending our check out time and was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine! There was contact throughout and was very kind! The property was spotless and completely exceeded our expectations, we will 100% be back!.

The boiler was turned off, luckily my husband is a heating engineer so knew how to safely turn it on. The bath needs a desperate upgrade, and they left minimal toilet roll for 4 people so we had to shop. It's ok for a quick stop off and that's all, but clean.

This house is a lovely location, only a 10 min drive from Chester centre, and a couple of nice pubs a short walk away.
The house is well presented and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped and clean but could do with a little modernisation.
The host was very attentive and the small issues we had were dealt with well. We would definitely stay here again.
