The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optics), fireplace (wood supplied), sofas and armchairs.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Dining room
- Enclosed veranda with dining area and TV. The bay windows open onto the garden.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedrooms 1 to 3: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: bunk beds
- Two shower rooms

For even greater comfort: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, wood-fired barbecue...

Outside :
- A swimming pool (private), it measures 8x4.5m and has an electric shutter. It is open in July and August.
- A lovely, enclosed, private garden (with remote-controlled gate) of around 2,000 m², a terrace covered by a pergola with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather. Sun loungers are available around the pool.

The house is ideally located in La Bastide-des-Jourdans, at the entrance to the village, in a very pleasant setting with a magnificent, restful view over a forest and vineyards. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
