Beautiful and pleasant house with 2/3 bedrooms, air conditioning, a separate entrance, a garden, and a terrace with sea views.
The house features an air-conditioned living/dining room with access to a loggia with sea views, a separate kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, and a bathroom with toilet.
On the ground floor, there is a sleeping area that can be used as a bedroom if necessary.
It offers excellent value for money.
The well-maintained grounds of over 500 m² are a real asset for families who value a convenient location near the sea and the town center.
The railway line runs above the property.
It is not visible from the garden and not audible from the house.
We require a 25% deposit.
The remaining balance is due one month before moving into the property and no later than two weeks before arrival, except for last-minute bookings.
A tourist tax must be paid to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age.
The amount is determined by the tourist office.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
For added comfort, bed linen and towels can be provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed.
Arrivals on Sundays and public holidays incur a €100 surcharge.
Arrivals on weekdays after 6:00 PM also incur an additional charge.
Pets are allowed upon request; please specify the type of pet.
There is a €5 surcharge per pet per day.
We require a security deposit, payable upon arrival by check or cash.
This deposit is non-cashable and will be refunded on the day of departure if everything is in order.
You will receive a contract containing your details, those of the agency, and those of the rental property, which you must sign and return to us.
You will be asked for a travel insurance certificate or civil liability insurance.
Without these documents, no rental agreement can be concluded.

A hike to Mont Faron is also recommended for a magnificent view of the sea over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe.
Our local producers welcome you every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. from April to September. to offer you fresh local products (fruit, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheese, honey, etc.).
The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr, etc., are held daily, and the large markets are held on Tuesdays in Bandol, Wednesdays in Sanary, and Thursdays in Saint Cyr.
For your children, there is the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges-les-Pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, the funfair, seaside entertainment (trampoline, bungee jumping), water sports (diving, sailing, paddleboarding, parasailing, jet skiing, etc.), boat rides, and the Bandol Zoo.
