Address is incorrect, place was very messy, hairs in the fridge, on the plates, & complete with someone’s leftover prescription & a tv that didn’t work.
Fair enough to the nephew who came over the next day to try and clean up but by then the stay was thoroughly ruined. Would not recommend.

Facilities all rubbish.
Room full of stuffy smell.
Bed and pillows were too hard.
It was a really, really bad experience.
The whole place smell of mouldy.
Rats running outside.
Won't recommend for anyone.
Good location flat but let down by the cleanliness

Location was convenient easy to get a taxi as we were only 10 minutes from singleton park. Had off road parking which was helpful. Enough bedrooms for everyone and layout was good.
Unfortunately the cleanliness was well below average we found alcohol and gone off milk in the fridge, remnants of food on the hob and one of the children found a condom wrapper in the bedroom! There were items left from previous guests and it just needed a proper clean. The parking area was very messy lots of rubbish and saw more than 1 rat.
